Our prices

1.    Prices and conditions

All rooms at the Hotel Wiedenhofer are equipped with telephone, satellite TV, W-Lan, safe, bathroom with shower or bathtub / WC and hairdryer.

*Half board per person and day in connection with a minimum stay of 2 nights.

Extra fee for single room: 10.00 – 20.00 Euro per night

Extra fee for short stays: For 1 night 10,00 Euro per person, for 2 nights 5,00 Euro per person, for 3 nights 3,00 Euro per person.

As of 01.01.2018 we are required to collect a local visitor’s tax of 1,70 € per person and night for guests over 14 years of age. This tax is not included in the total price of your stay.

2.    Children’s reduction

Children’s prices are only valid for children staying on an extra bed in a room with 2 adults.

• 0 – 6 years = 50% reduction
• 6 – 13 years = 30% reduction

3.    Pets

Dogs are welcome! For your beloved four-legged friend we charge between 8 and 15 Euro per night  (food is not included).

4.    Booking conditions

Deposit:
The deposit amounts to 20 percent of the total stay price.

Payment terms:
We accept cash, EC cards, Eurocard, Visa, and Mastercard.

5.    Arrival and departure

Your room in our hotel in Terento is available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. Please inform us if you will be arriving after 8 p.m. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to free your room by 9.30 a.m.

6.    Cancellation policy

Until 31 days before arrival, you may cancel your booking free of charge. In the event of cancellation within 30 to 15 days prior to arrival, a fee of 40% of the total amount will be charged. In the event of cancellation within 14 to 8 days prior to arrival, a fee of 60% of the total amount will be charged. In the event of cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival, a fee of 70% of the total amount will be charged. In the event of any cancellation, the full amount of the deposit remains with the accommodation provider.

Free cancellation related to Covid-19:
If you are unable to take your booked vacation, a reservation can be canceled free of charge within 3 days before arrival, whereby your deposit may either be credited for later stays or transferred back to you. (These cancellation conditions only apply to cancellations related to Covid-19.)
